Personal financial stewardship — for real college credit.
Christian Halls partners with Southeastern University to offer BUSI 1903 — Personal Financial Stewardship, a 3-credit, 8-week course built around Dave Ramsey's Foundations in Personal Finance. Students study at their own pace, then complete graded SEU coursework to earn official college credit.
This pathway is built around Dave Ramsey’s Foundations in Personal Finance: College Edition — a trusted, biblically grounded curriculum in budgeting, debt, giving, investing, and long-term financial health.
Students purchase the Ramsey materials, study at their own pace through the first half of the semester, then complete graded Southeastern University coursework in Fall B to earn official college credit through BUSI 1903 — Personal Financial Stewardship.

Who is this for?
Students seeking practical, biblically grounded personal-finance instruction that also earns transferable college credit — high school dual-enrollment and undergraduate CHI members.
Do I have to buy the Ramsey materials myself?
Yes. Access to Dave Ramsey's Foundations in Personal Finance: College Edition is purchased separately from the publisher and is not included in tuition.
What determines the final grade?
The graded Southeastern University coursework in Fall B — discussion forums, written assignments, and a final exam. The self-paced Ramsey phase during Fall A is ungraded preparation.

Complete the Southeastern University dual-enrollment or undergraduate application appropriate to the student type.
Does Christian Halls submit registration for me?
For high school dual-enrollment students, the CHI team submits the registration request once you have joined a Hall and completed the SEU application. Undergraduates register through the standard university advising process.
What does it cost?
SEU course tuition is $300 per course, plus a $175 semester technology fee. Ramsey materials are a separate purchase.
Will these credits transfer?
Yes — BUSI 1903 is issued on an official Southeastern University transcript and transfers to most four-year institutions.
